Barista Matara

This is a very nice and stylish coffee shop in Matara or anywhere in Sri Lanka. It’s got a great relaxing feel about the place. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and always smiling. There’s plenty of different seating and this establishment is a great spot to focus on getting some online work done while enjoying a coffee,tea and lunch. Fantastic selections on the menu Highly recommend

I stopped by Barista in Matara while I was in Sri Lanka, and it was such a lovely experience! The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the egg salad sandwich was so yummy – fresh and satisfying. The place itself has a really cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Barista Matara is an excellent spot with a perfect blend of great food, drinks, and a cozy atmosphere. I tried the Mocha Latte, Blueberry Hot Chocolate, Smoked Beef Bagel, and Tuna Sandwich, and they were all really good. What impressed me most was the environment. The warm lighting, rustic decor, and cozy seating make it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The festive Christmas tree and other thoughtful touches add to the charm, creating a welcoming vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy some good food and drinks! !

This is one of my favourite place in Matara. Love the clean atmosphere. Foods are a bit expensive but it's worth cause its not only about food or the taste but the good moments we share with friends or sometimes alone. This is not a restaurant to fill your tummy guys, a cafe to chill, study with free wifi, plan a date, or do your office work, while having a coffee and some snacks . I usually go there always, so far no complaints. Will write when i get one . The only concern they lack vegetarian options
